The Rest of the World

Core Studio Apparel ships to most countries outside of the United States. You can select the ship-to country at checkout.  All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $30.00 USD, except orders to Canada (see Domestic Shipping Guidelines above). When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time. Payment of the taxes and duties may be required to release the order from customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, but we know sometimes, it just isn't right. If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, credit, or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of order. Please note: sale items are non-refundable and are final sale.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the instructions below to process your return:

1. Email corestudioapparel@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
2. Print out our return form.
3. Fill out form specifying the reason for your return, as well as if you are returning for a refund, credit, or exchange.
4. Ship the product back to the following address. 27 Towerbrook Road, Hingham MA 02043

Items must be returned in perfect condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items must also be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund to your requested payment method within 14 days. If you selected store credit, you will see the balance reflected in your Core Studio Apparel account.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and specify you would like to exchange your item(s). All postage costs will be paid by the customer.

Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Core Studio Apparel on any orders or exchanges.

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind our high quality fabrics and their ability to perform under normal activity. Our product warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. However, damage due to accidents, wear and tear, or improper care are not covered under our warranty.
